IP ranges assigned to individual customers within RNIB-NCW's address space, decoded from RIR sub-allocation records (e.g. FASTWEB-CUSTOMER_NAME → "Customer Name"). Real registry data, not enterprise-cluster matches — coverage can be uneven.
